National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) are trusted, transferable qualifications for educational professionals. Accredited by the DfE, NPQs are designed to refresh existing skills and provide high quality professional development for teachers and leaders.
Partnering with our lead provider, Ambition Institute, we offer the five specialist and five leadership NPQ programmes. The duration of the programmes varies between 12-18 months dependent upon the NPQ selected.

Working with Ambition Institute
Ambition Institute's NPQ programmes benefit all participants as content is centred on the persistent problems faced in schools. Each NPQ programme is created with a carefully sequenced curriculum to support teachers and leaders getting better over time.
The programmes broaden and deepen expertise in specialist areas and include flexible blended learning to fit around busy timetables with minimal time out of school.
