Both the Primary & Secondary Teacher Trainees attended a full day's training in Leeds. They visited the Royal Armouries & the Discovery Centre to support their knowledge of trip planning, risk assessments, the importance of a pre-visit, and historical knowledge building. Off-site education remains an important element of teacher training and pupil development.
