Initial Teacher Training Core Content Framework and Early Career Framework review.
Calderdale & Kirklees teaching School hub are excited to share the announcement regarding the ITTECF framework and believe this is a positive step forward for a more joined-up journey for ITTS.
We are pleased that sector feedback has been taken into account throughout this process, and particularly welcome changes designed to reduce duplication of content, lighten mentor workload, and support new teachers to deliver high quality education for all children, including those with SEND. We believe the changes made as a result of this review will simplify delivery within schools, and make for a more streamlined learning journey for new teachers.
