Eligibility

To apply, you must be a teacher who has, or is aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing in your school. Participants do not have to be in a teaching role to complete this NPQ.

Example roles: Pastoral Lead | Head of Behaviour | Assistant/Deputy Head | Headteacher | SENCO | Head of Year | Safeguarding Lead | Head of House | Class teacher


Cost

  • Please note, there are a limited number of funded places for eligible schools only for our cohorts commencing November 2025, so we advise you to submit your application as early as possible.  
  • To check if you qualify for funding, please use Ambition Institute’s online eligibility checker tool.
  • If you do not work in a school/setting that is eligible for funding, or our funded places are full, then you/your school/setting will be required to pay the course fee £899 + VAT.

  • Please note, there will be one intake only in the 2025/26 academic year; no other NPQ cohorts will be available.
