At Calderdale & Kirklees Teaching School Hub, we offer the full suite of National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) designed to support teachers and leaders at every stage of their career.

NPQs are nationally recognised, DfE-accredited qualifications that provide high-quality, evidence-informed professional development. Delivered in partnership with Ambition Institute, our programmes combine flexible learning with practical application in your school setting.

Programmes typically run for 12–18 months, depending on the qualification.

We offer two main types of NPQs: specialist NPQs (12 months) and Leadership NPQs (18 months).  Please refer to the specialist NPQs and leadership NPQs tabs for more information on each programme.
